Sonya Brannelly – Principal Psychologist

My journey as a health professional has been comprehensive and varied across group fitness, mental health nursing, pharmaceutical sales, small business, and now as a registered psychologist. My clinical experience includes a diverse range of clients with complex physical and mental health needs.

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in learning about mind-body science and how we can put into practice the latest research findings to live our best life possible regardless of age or stage of life, and despite experiencing sometimes overwhelming physical and mental health challenges.

My current clinical interest and practice focus is on two specific areas: Living Legacy Book production and Vocational Assessment. I am based on the Sunshine Coast, and whilst I offer telehealth consultations, if my client lives within one hour's drive from the Sunshine Coast, e.g., Brisbane, my preference is for me to travel to meet in-person for the initial consultation for the Living Legacy Book.

I look forward to meeting you,
Sonya
