Living Legacy Book

Bookings available July 2026 onwards

"Dignity Therapy gives patients an opportunity to say things that matter most and to leave behind a lasting record for those they love." Dr. Harvey Max Chochinov (2002), in Dignity Therapy: Final Words for Final Days.

The Living Legacy Book is for individuals who are ageing or have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, e.g., dementia, advanced stage cancer.

Based on Dignity Therapy developed by Chochinov (2002) this is an evidence-based approach to addressing psychological and existential concerns faced by individuals who are terminally ill.

I conduct a structured interview, record and transcribe the information, add specific images you provide, then produce a hard copy Living Legacy Book for you to enjoy, share stories, and ultimately bequeath to a loved one.

Vocational Assessment

Bookings available January 2027 onwards

"Career choice is a major life event that can have a profound impact on your core identity, social status, friends, and income. Choosing an occupation that is consistent with your personal identity and life goals can be deeply satisfying." Rodney L. Lowman (American Psychological Association, 2021).

Vocational Assessment is an evidence-based assessment designed to scientifically measure your career interests, cognitive (mental) abilities, and personality traits. It is suitable for High School students, people who have not yet decided on best-fit careers, and individuals entering planned or forced retirement.

Based on an initial interview and results of the psychological assessment you complete, I write a comprehensive report including career recommendations for you to consider and investigate further.
